Recover Better - small group coaching
Do you ever wonder about your recovery? Do you do a lot of exercise, do you suffer from stress or have you not yet discovered the joy of exercise? This small group coaching will help you understand your own recovery better and you will learn new ways to recover.
The aim of the coaching is to improve one's coping and recovery and to offer tools to support wellbeing. The purpose is to find suitable ways to enhance daily and night-time recovery. You will also learn how to move and eat to support a good mood.
The duration of the training is eight weeks, and there are four group meetings every two weeks. You will receive a set goal and a written summary of each meeting.

Summary. Observations from own measurements and procedures and a follow-up plan.
