I offer comprehensive well-being coaching, which includes, among other things, training programs, nutrition plan, and sleep and recovery monitoring using the Firstbeat Life™ measurement.

I'm Jenni. My personal sports background comes from gymnastics and competitive aerobics, which I have pursued as a goal in my youth. After my competitive career ended, it was natural to continue with group exercise and individual coaching. I have instructed a wide range of different group exercise classes since 2007, i have done individual coaching for 10 years and worked as a physical trainer in the gymnastics side. I also work as a Firstbeat coach and over the years I have helped a lot of people with recovery and coping challenges using the Firstbeat Life™ measurement. In addition to coaching, I have also worked as a group exercise manager in two fitness centers in Kuopio, and was responsible for the product and development of two group exercise concepts.
Exercise and well-being have always been a way of life and a passion for me. I want to help people to be better overall. Small choices in our everyday life, which are repeated regularly, lead to a big, more comprehensive change and have a positive effect on our quality of life and coping. In my coaching, I take the whole thing into account: sleep & recovery, nutrition and exercise. First, I map the initial situation using the Firstbeat Life™ measurement, where the total load can be seen in more detail. Based on that, I program the exercises according to the goal and, if necessary, also nutritional instructions to support development and recovery.
