Wellbeing & stress management - coaching
Do you want to support your work community to cope better? Employees are the company's most important asset, which has a great impact on the company's success.
The goal of this training is to provide your employees with tools to increase their resources and improve their own coping skills. Small, good choices that are made repeatedly in everyday life have a big impact on our wellbeing. Learning and internalizing new habits takes time, so it's good to have a few weeks between meetings. The entire training takes about 4 months (the schedule can be tailored according to needs).
At the beginning of the training, a Firstbeat Life™ initial measurement is taken, which provides important information about the employee's starting situation. The measurement includes a personal coaching meeting, where the measures for the continuation are defined. After the initial measurement, wellbeing meetings with lectures and exercises are held at the agreed place (e.g. workplace) about once a month for 1.5 hours at a time. The topics are: sleep & recovery, exercise, nutrition and a group summary of the results. After each meeting, the participants get material to take home. After all wellbeing meetings, follow-up measurements and coaching are carried out in order to monitor the effects of the measures and the development of one's own well-being.
The content of wellbeing and stress management training in summary:
2 Firstbeat Life™ well-being measurements and 2 personal coaching meetings per participant, at the beginning and end of the coaching.
Group-level summary reports for the employer.
Wellbeing meetings with lectures and exercises on the topics: sleep & recovery, exercise, nutrition and Firstbeat Life™ group summary.
A total of 4 meetings (1.5 hours at a time).
The duration of the entire training is about 4 months (according to the contract).
