Physical training

I offer physical training coaching for both individuals and teams. Strength training is a crucial component for preventing injuries, and progressive training ensures that development proceeds in the right direction and supports recovery. It is also possible to incorporate Firstbeat Life™ measurement into the coaching to monitor overall load and recovery more precisely.


Physical Training Coaching Includes:

  • 1-2 x 1.5-hour guided physical training sessions per week

  • Training program & weekly planning (Trainero app)

  • Seasonal planning

  • Monitoring and feedback with possible adjustments tailored to the individual

  • Firstbeat Life™ measurement for tracking overall load and recovery (optional)
